Immediate Care East: Walk-In Medical Treatment, PLLC is an independent, locally-owned and managed urgent care center located in Perinton, New York. Our center provides acute injury and illness care when you don't want to spend needless hours waiting at your local Emergency Room and when your doctor is unavailable.

Our Staff

Our staff is led by Maureen McRae, M.D. Doctor McRae has practiced at multiple Urgent Care centers located locally and across the state. Joining Doctor McRae are other experienced licensed and board-certified doctors. Each of our doctors has emergency medicine and urgent care training and experience. We also staff highly qualified and competent Registered Nurses and Radiological Technicians.

At Immediate Care East, it is our mission to provide our patients with convenient, walk-in medical treatment at the highest professional level. We provide healthcare services in a cost effective and efficient manner, while never losing touch with the personal side of medicine.

Our Philosophy

We believe that doctors are the first and best choice for competent medical care. Unlike other Urgent Care centers, Immediate Care East will ALWAYS have a Doctor perform patient evaluations assisted by a Registered Nurse (RN). Since Immediate Care East's inception, our staff has been and remains committed to providing our patients with the best service and care possible.
